I'm raising a point of order under 13.9(iv) and 13.9(v). My background is Irish-English, and my grandfather arrived in Cardiff on a boat from the Yemen. The First Minister suggested that I was somehow anti-immigration, and he accused me of not liking incomers. I have dealt with racism all my life.
