QNR – Senedd Cymru ar 12 Rhagfyr 2017.
The ministerial code sets out the standards of behaviour and conduct expected of all Ministers.
We are absolutely determined to spread prosperity, growth and jobs across all parts of Wales. Delivering a modern efficient and integrated public transport network is a cornerstone of our approach to improving Wales’s long-term economic prosperity.
We are taking action to ensure people in Wales have every opportunity to fulfil their potential. Programmes like Flying Start and employability programmes such as Lift are empowering people at different life stages. It is immoral that someone’s achievements in life can be determined by disadvantage experienced as a child.
We are making funding available to support transformational change within the public sector. However, we would also expect public services themselves to invest in transformational change and be structuring budget plans to enable this.
We made our position on this matter clear in our draft government and laws in Wales Bill, and that position has not changed. I have established the justice commission to undertake a fundamental review of the justice system in Wales and how to strengthen it for the long term.
Rydym ni wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu gwasanaethau iechyd a gofal o ansawdd uchel, gan ganolbwyntio ar ganlyniadau ac anghenion yr unigolyn. Mae ein fframwaith strategol ‘Mwy na geiriau’ yn gosod ein hymrwymiad a’r camau sy’n cael eu cymryd i gefnogi a chryfhau’r gwaith o gynllunio a darparu gwasanaethau cyfrwng Cymraeg mewn iechyd a gofal, gan gynnwys gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl.
We are delivering a range of actions to help financial services companies in all parts of Wales grow and prosper and, in turn, provide the services that people and business need. Our financial inclusion strategy sets out how we aspire to help improve access to affordable credit and financial services.
