The Presiding Officer and I discussed the report at our last meeting, and there is simply no place for any inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. The six north Wales local authorities received over £708 million of core funding from the revenue support grant in 2018-19 in addition to other funding available to them, including specific grants, council tax and income from fees and charges.

As I made clear to UK Government Ministers at the British-Irish Council in Guernsey on Friday, a 'no deal' would be catastrophic for Wales and the UK as a whole. Transition is therefore vital. I pressed again for the UK Government’s forthcoming White Paper to signal a change of direction.
