The principal risk is that the Government of Wales Act could be amended using subordinate legislation powers in the Bill. We have sought to protect the devolution settlement in our discussions with the UK Government and in the amendments we are seeking in the House of Lords.

The Welsh Government continues to work hard to prepare for the UK's exit from the EU. We are ready to do all we can to protect the economic, social and environmental interests of Wales, and the whole UK, as the UK enters negotiations with the EU on our future relationship.
