No plenary meetings of the Joint Ministerial Committee have been held since the current Prime Minister took office. Rather than building trust and confidence at this critical point in the negotiations, the UK Government has increased the risk of talks breaking down by threatening to break international law through the United Kingdom Internal Market Bill.
