We have established a stakeholder advisory group to help identify and support those most at risk of loneliness and isolation and consider what further action is required. We have also worked with local government and the third sector to ensure that wider practical and emotional support is in place.

I recently issued a detailed written statement setting out the actions we are taking, alongside partners, to respond to the mental health impact of the pandemic. We are continuing to ensure advice and support is available to protect mental health and well-being during this time.

Ensuring children and young people with emotional health and well-being problems receive access to support and treatment in a timely and appropriate manner is a key priority. We are taking a whole system approach with partners to do this.

The emotional mental health and well-being of our children and young people continues to be a priority for the Welsh Government. The actions that we are taking with partners are set out in our 'Together for Mental Health' delivery plan, which was reissued in October.

We have positioned mental health services as essential services during the pandemic. This means that we expect services to be maintained, although delivery models may have needed to adapt to the restriction. This reflects the importance of mental health services and our commitment to meeting the needs of our population.

Improving crisis care is a key priority area for all health boards, as set out in our 'Together for Mental Health' delivery plan. However, responding to the needs of people in crisis requires a multi-agency approach and we are working with partners to do this.
