Well, there is a local energy distribution service available, and that gives communities and SMEs support so that they can develop their own projects. Through the portal, which they run, interested groups get together to see in which way they can collaborate and co-operate in order to progress projects. There’s one example in Bethesda, of course, which is the Energy Local project. That’s a pilot to see whether it’s possible to ensure people receive support to use less of the energy that’s available now, and, of course, to ensure that they also pay less.
