The UK lighthouse laboratory network is experiencing significant capacity issues and these are impacting the Welsh testing system. We have raised these matters directly with the UK Government and will continue to do so. In the meantime, we are working with Public Health Wales and health boards on further utilising Welsh laboratory capacity.
